Brian P. Swanson
 Brian Swanson graduated from Wayne State University Law School
where he received awards for academic excellence. While attending
law school, Brian participated in Moot Court and also served as
editor-in-chief. Brian received his undergraduate degree from Grand
Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan.
Before joiningMasud,
Patterson, Schutter, Peters & Vary, P.C., Brian obtained extensive litigation
experience in both state and federal courts as an associate with
a Bloomfield Hills labor and employment law firm.
Brian is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State
Bar of Michigan and the Saginaw County Bar Association. Brian assists
clients in all labor and employment law matters and is a frequent
author of articles on topics related to labor and employment law.
Brian is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts for
the State of Michigan, including the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
